Condensed milk395 g
Milk350 ml

Place the sugar and water in a pan, mix and remove the sugar from the sides of the pan. Take it to the fire until it forms a caramel, you can't move it after you take it to the fire so you don't crystallize the syrup.
When you get to the point, add the vanilla paste and transfer the caramel to the mold. Reserve.
In the blender place the condensed milk, milk and egg, beat until smooth.
Add the coconut, beat quickly just to mix.
Transfer to the mold, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, in a bain-marie.
Let it cook slowly for approximately 60 minutes or until the edge of the pudding is firm and the middle is soft, looking like gelatin.
Take it to the fridge and wait at least 3 hours to unmold.
