- Milk300 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Unflavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Place the egg, milk, condensed milk in the blender and beat for 3 minutes.
- Dissolve unflavored gelatin in half a cup of hot water.
- Add the cream and gelatin already dissolved in the blender and beat for 2 minutes.
- Making the syrup. Melt the sugar in its own mold, always stirring until it becomes a caramel.
- Put the liquid from the blender in the shape and take it to the freezer or fridge for 1 hour and a half
