- Place the eggs and beat in the blender well to get out the egg smell, add all the ingredients
- for the syrup, you will melt the sugar in a pan, when you see that it is melted, add water and stir well to remove all the sugar clumps, until it melts and becomes syrupy. put it in the pudding mold and set aside
- put the cream we made from the pudding in the mold
- use a larger mold to make the bain-marie, add water to cover two fingers of the pudding mold, cover the pudding with aluminum foil
- Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- put in the fridge for 2 hours, and unmold ready to serve!
