- Egg3 unit(s)
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Make the syrup with the 6 tablespoons of sugar and 1 of water. Reserve.
- Mix all the ingredients and strain when it comes to shape.
- In the AIRFRYER, 20 minutes at 170ºC and 20 minutes at 200ºC
- Let cool and refrigerate. Unmold after 2 hours.
