First, beat the eggs well in the blender.
Add the condensed milk and milk and beat again for approximately 3 minutes.
To make the syrup, add the sugar to the pan and melt until browned.
Add the water and let it thicken
Then add the syrup in a round shape and pour the pudding dough on top.
Bake in a bain-marie, in the oven or on the stove for about 45 minutes.
