- Whole milk320 ml
- Sugar (for syrup)1 cup
- Syrup preparation: Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and stir until a caramel forms.
- Then place this caramel in a pudding mold covering the bottom and sides and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, condensed milk and milk for 3 minutes. Pour batter into the form and cover with foil.
- Then bake for 40 min to 1 h in the oven in a bain-marie. When finished baking, wait for it to cool and place in the fridge. Then unmold.
