Dissolve the unflavored gelatin with the warm milk and blend all the ingredients in a blender until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mass.
Syrup: put the sugar in a round pudding mold, and heat until caramelized. Pour the liquid into the form and take it to the fridge until it is firm.
Unmold and serve.
