Eggs3 unit(s)
Milk150 ml
Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
Sugar5 tablespoon
Water50 ml

start making the syrup Put the sugar in the pan and wait for it to melt over low heat, when it all melts, add the water and let it cook until it thickens.
In the blender, beat the condensed milk, eggs, milk and vanilla for approximately 10 minutes.
To bake I used plastic molds that go in the oven, but it can be done in the traditional way for pudding
I put the syrup in the molds, put the mixture in the blender
I boiled 500 ml of water, put it in an aluminum mold to make a bain-marie, covered it with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for 40 minutes.
