- Sugar for syrup150 g
- For the syrup: put the sugar in a pan. Let it melt and brown... put a cup of water and let it turn into a thread... always stirring to melt the sugar and not let it burn.... ...
- Beat the condensed milk, eggs and milk in the blender... beat well for about 3 min.. The secret to a smooth, flat-free pudding is to pass it through a sieve when you put it in the mold...another trick is to bake it in a bain-marie in the oven....these details bring much more flavor to this sweet! But it can also be roasted on the stove....in a pan with water and well covered..the time will depend on your stove...do the toothpick test!!
