- Beat the eggs well in the blender
- Then add the milk and condensed milk, and beat again.
- For the syrup, melt the sugar in the pan until brown, add a cup of water and let it thicken.
- Put the syrup in a round shape and pour the pudding dough on top
- Bake in a medium oven for 40 minutes, with the round pan inside a larger one with water.
- Poke a fork to check if it's cooked through.
- Let cool and uninform
