- In the form of the pudding itself, melt the sugar over low heat, when it all melts add hot water, be careful because steam rises at that moment, leave it until it thickens and all the sugar has melted and set aside.
- In the blender, beat the milk, condensed milk, the eggs (pass through a sieve) and the cornstarch. After everything is beaten, pass it through the sieve when you put it in the mold next to the caramel, this prevents the foam from going together.
- Pass the laminated paper in the form, put it in a bain-marie, put it in the very mouth of the stove, it takes about 45 to 55 minutes.
- After roasting, remove from the bain-marie, and wait to cool down to put in the fridge.
- Leave for approximately 4 hours, serve chilled.
- Note: in the pan or pan that you are going to make the bain-marie, throw vinegar in the water, this prevents the pan from turning black.
