- Condensed milk01 can(s)
- Sugar01 cup
- Water3/4 cup
- Melt the sugar in the pan, add water and dilute the sugar until it reaches the point of a thread.
- In the blender add the milk, eggs and condensed milk and beat for approximately 02 minutes.
- Pour the syrup over a pudding pan
- Add the dough over the syrup.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Place the pudding pan inside another pan with 03 fingers of water inside.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 90 minutes.
- Let cool to unmold.
