- First, beat the eggs well in the blender, then add the milk and condensed milk and beat again.
- For syrup put the sugar in a roast on the stove and stir until it melts then add the water
- Put the dough in the melted syrup and bake for approximately 45 minutes placing the roast in a larger one with water in a bain-marie
- Stick the fork to see if it is well done, let it cool and unmold.
