- Hot water1/2 cup
- Box of condensed milk395 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- In a pan, melt the sugar until golden.
- Add the hot water and stir with a spoon.
- Let it boil until the sugar lumps dissolve and the syrup thickens.
- Pour the syrup into a mold with a hole in the middle and set aside.
- In a blender, beat all the pudding ingredients and pour into the reserved form.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven (180°C), in a bain-marie, for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, refrigerate for about 6 hours.
- Unmold and serve next.
