- Take the eggs and hit the blender, turn off and add the milk, condensed milk and hit again
- Syrup: to make the syrup, take the sugar and melt it in a pan until it has a dark color, then add the water and let it thicken
- Put it in a round shape and pour the pudding dough on top.
- Bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes with the round roast inside a larger one with water
- Skewer with the help of a fork to see if it's baked, let it cool and unmold.
