Condensed Milk Pudding

Para a calda:

- 1 xícara de açúcar 
- 1/2 xícara de água 
Dissolver todo o açúcar e assim que elee tiver todo derretido acrescentar a água (cuidado para não respingar, acrescente aos poucos 😉)
Assim que terminar, despeje tudo na forma do pudim, com a ajuda de um pano, segure a forma (pois estará quente), espalhe todo o caramelo por toda a forma.

For the syrup:

- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
Dissolve all the sugar and as soon as it has all melted add the water (be careful not to spill it, add it little by little 😉)
Once finished, pour everything into the pudding mold, with the help of a cloth, hold the mold (as it will be hot), spread all the caramel throughout the mold.

Para o pudim
- 3 ovos
- 1 cx de leite condensado 
- A mesma medida do leite condensado de leite de vaca (pode ser leite de caixinha ou em pó) mas de vaca fica mais gostoso 😂
Bata tudo no liquidificador por 5 min (esse tempo fará com que o pudim não fique com cheiro de ovo) em seguida, despeje na forma com o caramelo, cubra com papel alumínio e deixe cozinhar em banho maria por aprox 45min em forno a 180graus. Aos 30 minutos, fure o pudim com um garfo para ver se já está pronto, caso o garfo saia limpo, está pronto! Espere esfriar e desinforme 😉

for the pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of condensed milk
- The same measure of condensed milk from cow's milk (can be box milk or powder) but cow is better 😂
Beat everything in the blender for 5 min (this time will make the pudding not smell like an egg) then pour it into the shape with the caramel, cover with aluminum foil and let it cook in a water bath for approx 45 min in an oven at 180 degrees. At 30 minutes, pierce the pudding with a fork to see if it's ready, if the fork comes out clean, it's ready! Wait for it to cool down and misinform 😉
