For the syrup:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water
Dissolve all the sugar and as soon as it has all melted add the water (be careful not to spill it, add it little by little 😉)
Once finished, pour everything into the pudding mold, with the help of a cloth, hold the mold (as it will be hot), spread all the caramel throughout the mold.
for the pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp of condensed milk
- The same measure of condensed milk from cow's milk (can be box milk or powder) but cow is better 😂
Beat everything in the blender for 5 min (this time will make the pudding not smell like an egg) then pour it into the shape with the caramel, cover with aluminum foil and let it cook in a water bath for approx 45 min in an oven at 180 degrees. At 30 minutes, pierce the pudding with a fork to see if it's ready, if the fork comes out clean, it's ready! Wait for it to cool down and misinform 😉
