- For the syrup, add in a pan, the sugar and take it to the low fire until it melts, when it's golden add the water little by little.
- Let it boil until the clods melt, always stirring. Line a form suitable for pudding and set aside.
- For the pudding, beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs in a blender. Beat for 3 minutes, pour the liquid into the reserved form.
- Bake in a bain-marie in a medium oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
- Then take it to freeze for at least 8 hours to unmold.
- Tip: take it to bake with already heated water. If you prefer, add vanilla essence.
