- Beat the condensed milk with the milk and the eggs in the blender for 5 minutes to remove the egg smell.
- Put the sugar in the mold and take it to the fire, always stirring until it forms a caramel.
- Add the blender mixture in the shape with the caramel and bake in a bain-marie for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- After roasting, let it cool down and take it to the fridge for 2 hours to get very cold.
- Unmold and serve
