- Sugar1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk and eggs and set aside.
- For syrup: put the sugar in a hole shape and melt the sugar, as soon as it melts add the water little by little and stir until it becomes a syrup.
- Then place the preparation in the form and take it to the preheated oven.
- Let it cook in a bain-marie for 45 minutes. Insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean, it's ready.
- serve ice cream
