Cup and a half of sugar (for the caramel)

Condensed Milk

Regular milk (use the can of condensed milk to measure)

Condensed Milk Pudding

1. Comece preparando o caramelo.

2. Coloque o açúcar na forma de pudim e leve ao fogo baixo. Vá mexendo de vez em quando até o açúcar derreter completamente e virar o caramelo! (Eu não coloco água tá!)

3. No liquidificador coloque o leite condensado, o leite comum e os ovos e bata por aproximadamente 2 minutos.

4. Depois despeje na forma caramelizada!

5. Cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno em banho maria por 1 hora. (Asse em temperatura de 200 graus)

6. Passado esse tempo, retire o papel alumínio e deixe mais 30 minutos.

7. Depois de assado leve pra geladeira por umas 3 horas. Daí é só desenformar e pronto.

Ps. A forma que usei mede 21cm de diâmetro e 8cm de altura (cabe duas receitas certinho)

2. Place the sugar in the pudding mold and place over low heat. Stir occasionally until the sugar has completely melted and turned into caramel! (I don't add water, okay!)

3. Place the condensed milk, regular milk and eggs in a blender and blend for approximately 2 minutes.

4. Then pour it into the caramelized form!

5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie for 1 hour. (Bake at 200 degrees)

6. After this time, remove the aluminum foil and leave for another 30 minutes.

7. After roasting, take it to the fridge for about 3 hours. Then just unmold and that's it.

Ps. The mold I used measures 21cm in diameter and 8cm in height (two recipes fit right)
