Misture a farinha de trigo até o ponto de soltar das mãos 
Forre as forminhas com a massa nem tão fina nem tão grossa 
Coloque o leite condensado até a metade e um pedaço de goiabada (opcional)
Leve ao forno até dourar o recheio 
Espere esfriar, desenforme e sirva 

Whisk in the flour until it comes off your hands.
Line the molds with the dough not too thin and not too thick.
Add the condensed milk halfway and a piece of guava paste (optional)
Bake in the oven until the filling is golden.
Allow to cool, unmold and serve.
