- Grated coconut (dry or natural)100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- grated coconut1 cup
- In a Pamela mix the condensed elite, the butter and the grated coconut.
- Mix well and place over low heat, stirring constantly until it dissolves from the bottom of the pan. (about 10 minutes)
- Remove from heat, transfer to a plate greased with butter and let cool.
- With your hands greased with butter, roll them into balls and pass them in the grated coconut.
