Adicionar em uma panela o leite condensado, creme de leite e leito em pó, misturar até ficar homogêneo e levar ao fogo baixo, sempre mexendo até atingir uma consistência pastosa grossa (mais grossa do que brigadeiro)

Add the condensed milk, cream and powdered milk in a pan, mix until smooth and bring to a low heat, always stirring until it reaches a thick pasty consistency (thicker than brigadeiro).

Retirar a panela do fogo e deixar esfriar 

Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.

Em um recipiente, bater o chantilly até uma consistência cremosa (usando batedeira ou Mixer com fuê) 

In a container, beat the whipped cream until a creamy consistency (using an electric mixer or a whisk)

Acrescentar a mistura da panela (depois de frio) ao chantilly e o chocolate. Misturar bem

Add the mixture from the pan (after cooling) to the whipped cream and chocolate. mix well

Acrescentar em um recipiente, adicionar mais flocos/granulado/gotas de chocolate por cima para enfeitar 

Add in a container, add more chocolate flakes/granules/drops on top to garnish
