condensed milk1 can(s)
Sour cream1 can(s)
powdered milk1/2 cup
Chocolate chips1 cup
Whipped cream mix200 ml
Chocolate bar1 to taste

In a pan with the fire still off, add the condensed milk, the milk cream, drink powdered milk and mix well.
Turn the heat on low and stir until the cream thickens.
Reserve in a refractory until it comes to room temperature.
In a bowl, beat the whipped cream until stiff.
Now mix the cream, whipped cream and chocolate chips.
Now transfer to a bowl of your preference, decorate with the chocolate bar and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours and you can serve.
