1 glass of orange juice (American)

Small bottle of coconut milk

bottle of milk (use the same bottle of coconut milk as a measure)

Condensed milk

Packet of unsweetened shredded coconut

COLD CAKE

Massa:

Em uma batedeira, bata as claras em neve acrescentando o açúcar aos poucos e bata por 3 minutos.

Adicione as gemas, o trigo, o suco e continue batendo até formar uma massa homogênea.

Por último, adicione o fermento e bata por mais 40 segundos na menor velocidade da batedeira.

Despeje a massa em uma forma média e untada.

Asse em forno preaquecido em temperatura média de 180 °C por 40 minutos ou até dourar.

A Cobertura:

Em uma tigela, misture o leite de coco, o leite, o leite condensado e reserve.

Após 40 minutos, retire o bolo do forno e fure toda a sua superfície com um garfo para facilitar a penetração da cobertura.

Com o bolo ainda quente, despeje a cobertura sobre ele e salpique por cima o coco ralado.

Leve a geladeira por 3 horas, depois corte o bolo em quadrados do tamanho que preferir e embrulhe com papel alumínio.

Conserve na geladeira.



Pasta:

In a mixer, beat the egg whites, gradually adding the sugar and beat for 3 minutes.

Add the yolks, wheat, juice and continue beating until a homogeneous mass is formed.

Finally, add the yeast and beat for another 40 seconds on the lowest speed of the mixer.

Pour the dough into a medium and greased shape.

Bake in a preheated oven at an average temperature of 180°C for 40 minutes or until golden.

The Coverage:

In a bowl, mix coconut milk, milk, condensed milk and set aside.

After 40 minutes, remove the cake from the oven and pierce its entire surface with a fork to facilitate the penetration of the icing.

With the cake still warm, pour the frosting over it and sprinkle the grated coconut over it.

Place in the fridge for 3 hours, then cut the cake into squares of the size you prefer and wrap with aluminum foil.

Keep in the fridge.
