- Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a cream and the flour and milk gradually, always beating.
- Remove from the mixer and add the yeast and stir gently.
- Pour in a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven at moderate temperature.
- After warm, unmold cut into squares. Moisten with the syrup, pass the grated coconut and wrap with aluminum foil and take it to the fridge.
