  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Water2 cup

  • Condensed Milk1/2 can(s)
  • Grated Coconut1 unit(s)
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a cream and the flour and milk gradually, always beating.
  2. Remove from the mixer and add the yeast and stir gently.
  3. Pour in a greased and floured shape and take it to the preheated oven at moderate temperature.
  4. After warm, unmold cut into squares. Moisten with the syrup, pass the grated coconut and wrap with aluminum foil and take it to the fridge.
