- Brown sugar5 tablespoon
- Cold coffee1 cup
- Coconut oil3 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder1 cup
- Almond flour100 g
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, coconut oil, brown sugar, cocoa powder and cold coffee in a blender. Blend everything in the blender. Then pour the almond flour and baking powder into a bowl. Whisk everything together until a homogeneous mass is formed. Grease a tray with coconut oil and rice flour. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes.
