COFFEE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE

Massa: Bata as gemas, a margarina e o açúcar até ficar um creme claro. Adicione o chocolate em pó e o café, acrescente a farinha de trigo e o fermento em pó, bata bem. Por último, acrescente as claras em neve e misture delicadamente. Leve ao forno para assar em forma untada por 30 minutos.

Mass: Beat the egg yolks, margarine and sugar until light and creamy. Add chocolate powder and coffee, add wheat flour and baking powder, beat well. Finally, add the snow whites and mix gently. Place in the oven to bake in a greased pan for 30 minutes.

Cobertura : COBERTURA:
Em uma panela coloque a margarina, o leite condensado, a gema peneirada, o chocolate em pó e o café. Leve ao fogo sem parar de mexer e deixe cozinhar até ficar cremoso, despeje o creme ainda quente em cima do bolo. Se preferir, utilize chantilly, cereja e flocos de chocolate para a cobertura.

Coverage: COVERAGE:
In a pan, place the margarine, condensed milk, sieved yolk, chocolate powder and coffee. Bring to the fire without stopping to stir and let it cook until it gets creamy, pour the cream still hot on top of the cake. If you prefer, use whipped cream, cherry and chocolate flakes for the topping.
