- Water (hot)1 cup
- Granulated instant coffee6 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder (50%)1/4 cup
- Wheat flour (sifted)2 cup
- Baking powder1.1/2 tablespoon
- Mix the eggs with the sugar, mix well, then add the oil, hot water, coffee and chocolate, gradually add the wheat flour until well incorporated into the dough, finally the yeast.
- Take it to the preheated oven at 180° in a greased and infarinhada shape. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes or do the toothpick test.
