Eggs3 unit(s)
Oil200 ml
Sugar2 cup
Milk1/5 cup
Instant coffee6 tablespoon
50% cocoa chocolate2 tablespoon
Sifted Wheat Flour2 cup
Yeast1 tablespoon

Beat all the ingredients in the mixer, except; the flour and the yeast.
In a container put the wheat flour and pour the ingredients that we hit in the mixer and mix well, last add the baking soda.
Put it in a shape of your preference, greased with butter and wheat flour, take it to the preheated oven 180° for approx 40 min
After baking, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar (if you prefer)
