- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Soluble coffee2 tablespoon
- Butter to taste
- Beads100 g
- In a pan add the cream of milk and instant coffee. Mix well to dissolve. After adding condensed milk
- Bring the mixture to low heat, stirring constantly until you get the brigadeiro point (when released from the bottom of the pan)
- Put the Brigadeiro dough on a plate and put it in the fridge to cool.
- After cooling down, make small balls, roll them up and pass them on the confectionery. If you find it necessary, pass a little butter on your hands to help
