- Granulated tapioca flour300 g
- Milk1 l
- Coconut milk400 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Water500 ml
- grated coconut150 g
- Fresh Coconut300 g
- In a deep container, place the granulated tapioca, sugar, coconut flakes. Mix well and set aside. Bring the milk, water and coconut milk to a boil. Once boiled, add them to the tapioca mixture little by little, always stirring until all the liquid is absorbed. Let it cool down and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle fresh grated coconut all over the cuckoo. 😋😋😋
