  • Condensed milk1 can(s)

  • grated coconut100 g
  • Corn starch2 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Egg whites3 unit(s)
  1. In the blender, beat all the ingredients well, reserve the egg whites.
  2. Place in a glass refractory that can go in the oven, and take the mixture to the preheated oven at 180° for approximately 15 minutes.
  3. While the mixture is in the oven, beat the egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar.
  4. After 25 minutes, remove the mold and gently spread the cream of the whites over the recipe and bake for another 5 minutes or until golden.
  5. After golden, let it cool a little and take it to the fridge, serve after ice cream. THE
