- Clove to taste
- Shredded fresh or dried coconut to taste
- Chop the pumpkin into medium pieces and place in a medium pan, add the sugar, cinnamon and cloves
- Cover the pan and place it to cook over low heat, open the lid and stir constantly, with the help of a wooden spoon, knead the pumpkin until it falls apart
- Once the pumpkin is well cooked, remove the cinnamon and add the grated coconut
- Let it cook a little longer and turn off the heat. The candy must be very moist. Enjoy your food!
