12g unflavored gelatin envelopes

Warm water

Modo de Preparo:

Coloque no liquidificador, a leite, o creme de leite, o leite condensado e o leite de coco.

Bata par 2 minutinhas para misturar bem e reserve. Numa tigelinha, dissolva a gelatina na água moma. Despeje a gelatina dissolvida na mistura do

liquidificador, Bata por mais 1 minuta.

Despeje essa mistura numa forma levemente untada com óleo. (Usei a de furo no meio).

Leve para a geladeira e deixe por 3 horas. Desenforme e decore com leite condensado e coco ralado por cima.

Preparation mode:

Place the milk, cream, condensed milk and coconut milk in a blender.

Beat for 2 minutes to mix well and set aside. In a small bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the moma water. Pour the dissolved gelatin into the mixture

blender, Beat for another 1 minute.

Pour this mixture into a lightly oiled pan. (I used the hole in the middle).

Place in the fridge and leave for 3 hours. Unmold and decorate with condensed milk and grated coconut on top.
