In the blender add the coconut milk, milk girl, and the cream of milk and beat for 5 minutes.
Then put some water to heat (a cup of coffee) boiled, pour the unflavored gelatin and stir.
Then add the gelatin with the other ingredients that are in the blender and hit for 1 minute.
Put 4 tablespoons of grated coconut and beat again, pour this mixture into a refractory and sprinkle the grated coconut on top.
Take it to freeze for 3 hours and garnish with strawberry on top.
