- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sugar16 tablespoon
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except for the sugar. Let it beat for 5 minutes.
- In a form of pudding put the sugar and take to the fire until it turns a caramel. Then pass the caramel all over the mold and pour the blender ingredients into the mold. You can cook in a bain-marie or in the oven for an average of 45 minutes in a medium oven.
