- Coconut milk1 l
- Unflavored Gelatin (1 pack)1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 l
- Vanilla to taste
- Cold water1 cup
- Hot water1 cup
- Soak the gelatine in cold water for 20 minutes.
- Add the hot water and finish dismantling. (If necessary, bring to a boil, stirring constantly until all the gelatin is dissolved).
- Then add all the other ingredients.
- Put everything in a greased shape, like those with a hole in the middle, leave it in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours.
- Unmold and cover with the baba de girl topping, or if you prefer, sprinkle grated coconut.
