- milk1 l
- Unsweetened Shredded Coconut500 g
- Cornstarch4 tablespoon
- Condemned milk1 unit(s)
- Apricot Jam500 g
- Dried Apricots to taste
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, add the milk and cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
- After the cornstarch is completely dissolved without lumps, bring it to medium heat.
- Add condensed milk and grated coconut (reserve a little to decorate) and stir non-stop until the cream thickens
- As soon as the cream thickens and starts to bubble, turn off the heat.
- Let cool.
- Pour half of the cream into a dish of your choice.
- Pour the apricot jam and spread over the cream
- Cover with the rest of the cream and decorate with the apricots and the coconut that was reserved.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve
