Coconut milk pudding

In a blender, pour the condensed milk, the cream, the whole milk, the coconut milk and the unflavored colorless gelatin, already hydrated according to the instructions on the back of the package. Whisk everything until smooth.
Turn off the blender and add 80 grams of grated coconut, reserve 20 grams. Mix well with a spoon.
Grease with butter or a thread of oil, a form for pudding. Pour the contents of the blender into the form and take it to the fridge for 2 to 4 hours.
Remove from the fridge and with a knife, run lightly around the mold to completely unglue the pudding.
Unmold it on a flat surface and finish with the 20 grams of grated coconut, tossing on top.
