Sugar for syrup
Melt the sugar in the syrup, add the water, and let it thicken. Caramelize a pudding mold and set aside.
In the blender, beat the eggs, coconut milk, sugar and water.
Pour the contents into the form, cover with aluminum foil and take it to the air fryer at 200° for 1 hour. After taking it to the fridge for 3 hours, the longer in the fridge the better it will be.
