Coconut Manjar with Easy Plum Syrup

  • condensed milk1 l
  • Whole milk2 l
  • Coconut milk200 ml
  • Corn Starch1/2 cup
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Plum150 g
  1. In a medium pot add condensed milk, milk, coconut milk and cornstarch.
  2. Take to the low fire, always stirring, until the cream thickens. When it thickens, cook for another 3 minutes and turn it off.
  3. Remove from the heat and pour the cream into a 19cm diameter mold with a central hole, lightly greased with oil.
  4. Take to fridge for 4 hours.
  5. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the sugar, pitted prunes and water.
  6. Take to medium fire, and once it boils, count 10 minutes. Turn off the pan then.
  7. Transfer the syrup to a pot and take it to the fridge until it freezes. Serve along with the coconut manjar. Just serve 😏😋
