- Sweetened condensed milk1 can(s)
- unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Dry, unsweetened shredded coconut150 g
- In a pan, place the condensed milk, the butter and 100 g of the grated coconut.
- Bring to a low heat, stirring constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Continue stirring for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and pour the beijinho mass on a plate greased with butter to cool.
- In a bowl put the rest of the grated coconut and set aside.
- With the cold dough, make small balls and pass them in the grated coconut.
- Place them in candy molds and serve.
