- Butter2 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- coconut milk1 can(s)
- Shredded Coconut to taste
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, butter, yeast, sugar and wheat flour.
- Grease a shape and place the mixture in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 20 minutes. If the dough is still not ready, leave it for a few more minutes.
- In a container put the condensed milk and coconut milk and mix, leave this container reserved.
- Once the dough is ready, let it cool. Poke some holes in the dough using a fork or make a hole.
- Pour the reserved condensed milk and coconut milk mixture all over the cake.
- To finish, sprinkle the coconut all over the cake.
- Use aluminum foil to wrap the pieces and take it to the fridge for a few minutes to freeze.
