- Coconut milk200 ml
- condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream400 g
- In the blender I beat condensed milk, milk cream, coconut milk and took it to the freezer for 1 hour.
- I removed it from the freezer and beat it in the mixer for 5 minutes until it was very creamy, added the grated coconut, put it in an ice cream pot and took it to the freezer for 3 hours.
- It is creamy and delicious, serve with the sauce of your choice.
