  • Canjica corn500 g
  • Whole milk1 l
  • Sugar6 tablespoon
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • grated coconut to taste
  1. Soak the hominy corn in water overnight
  2. Place the hominy corn in the pressure cooker and cover it with water.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Once cooked, mix the hominy corn, milk, condensed milk, sugar and coconut.
  5. Put it in the oven and let it boil. Then and only serve
