- Chopped dried apricot100 g
- Bahia oranges2 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Sour cream1 cup
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- grated coconut50 g
- Colorless gelatin1 unit(s)
- Prepare the syrup: In a small pan, place the chopped dried apricots, water and the juice of an orange. Let rest for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the other orange and separate the buds, remove all the white part and the seeds, so as not to become bitter. Chop the buds as you wish. Add in the pan along with the apricot and put the sugar, light the fire and let it cook until the apricot softens and reaches the point of syrup. Afterwards, place in a container to cool, and cool, store in the fridge.
- Flan: prepare the gelatin as per the package instructions. Reserve. In the blender beat the condensed milk, milk cream and coconut milk for 2 minutes. Then add the prepared gelatin and beat for another 30 seconds. Turn off, put the grated coconut and stir with a spoon without beating. Unite individual quindim molds with coconut oil and place the Flan. Place in the fridge until firm. Once firm, unmold onto a plate and serve with the syrup.
