- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk500 ml
- Sour cream200 g
- Unflavored gelatin24 g
- Water10 tablespoon
- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Put the water in a container and sprinkle the gelatin to hydrate. Microwave for 12 seconds to dissolve.
- Place the coconut milk, condensed milk, milk and cream in a blender. Beat for 3 minutes to mix well.
- Add 50 g of grated coconut and beat lightly just to mix.
